Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VibeMath (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VibeMath ("we", "our", "us").

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in USD. Subscription management (upgrade, downgrade, cancellation) is handled through Google Play depending on your platform.

Free Trial

New users may be offered a 3-day free trial of the Pro plan. The trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before that date.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by Google Play refund policies applicable to your purchase. We do not process refunds directly. For refund requests, contact Google Play Support.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content

You own the videos, chat content, and other materials you create using the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Community content

If you choose to share content publicly in the VibeMath community, you grant other users a non-exclusive licence to view and engage with that content within the platform. You may remove shared content at any time; removal may not be instant from all caches.

Our platform

All rights in the VibeMath platform, brand, software, and AI models belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to generate responses and videos. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any math solution before relying on it in academic, professional, or other important contexts.

VibeMath is an educational aid. It is not a substitute for professional academic advice or qualified tutoring for high-stakes assessments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeMath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of educational opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that AI-generated answers are mathematically correct in all cases.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
