Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. To cancel, change, or request a refund:
- Open Google Play Store on your device
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find VibeMath and manage or cancel your subscription
For refund requests, contact Google Play Support directly.
Request Account Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your VibeMath account and all associated data at any time. This is in accordance with Google Play's User Data policy and Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- Your profile and account information
- All generated videos and animations
- Chat history and AI conversations
- Quizzes, study plans, and progress
- Collections and saved content
- Subscription data (you must cancel your subscription separately via Google Play before requesting deletion)
To request account deletion, fill out the form below or email support@vibemath.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

We'll process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it via Google Play to avoid further charges.Processing time: Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and legal compliance.
Data Export
You have the right to request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format (GDPR Article 20). To request a data export, email support@vibemath.app with the subject "Data Export Request". We'll provide your data within 30 days.
